Hey everyone, Todays Bath Bomb is another Lush dupe For there Frozen Bath Bomb. This Bath Bomb is a layered bomb with dark and light blue. The scent I used was Ice Capade From Natures Garden Candles.
2 cups baking soda
1 cup corn starch
1 cup epsom salt
1 cup citric acid
1 tsp sodium lauryl sulfoacetate (SLSA)
4 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp witch hazel
1-2 tsp fragrance oil or essential oil
food coloring
For the bath bombs first mix all of the dry ingredients except for the citric acid. You want to mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then mix them together then, add citric acid. This makes it so the reaction with the baking soda and citric acid doesn't start when you add your wet ingredients. After everything is mixed you want your mixture to be similar to wet sand and stick together on its own. I added some snowflake sparkle mica to the mixture to add some sparkle to the water. I added this when I added my citric acid.
Let your bath bombs dry in the mold for 24 hours until you remove the molds. You can lightly tap the mold with a spoon to lossen the mold.
