4th of July Bath Fireworks

For these super cute bath fireworks I decided to use a set used to make cake popsicles that I found at Jo-Anns.

For the red part of the firework I made some fizzing bath salts and added some pop rocks to it.

Fizzing Bath Salt Recipe

3 cups epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
1 cup citric acid
1/4 cup SLSA
3 packs pop rocks
fragrance oil
Red food coloring

And the blue layer in the fireworks is Bubble Bar

Bubble Bar Frosting Recipe

Dry ingredents
1 cup sodium lauryl sulfoacetate (SLSA)
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup corn starch

Wet ingredients
1/2 cup liquid glycerin
2 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)
2 tbsp water
1 tsp fragrance oil
blue food coloring

After you make your bubble bar frosting put it in a pipping bag and pipe it into small disks so you can layer them into the popsicle mold after they dry. I used a macaroon baking sheet to get the right size but if you don't have this you can just measure the top of the popsicle molds and use that as your guide.

After your bubble bars dry you can start to layer them into your popsicle molds and tie red ribbons around the sides:)
